On the way home from school...

For Jesus:

to your light in my darkness

to your comfort in my distress

to your guide when I can't find the way

to your arms in my weariness

to your grace in the midst of my rage

I will succumb

to your peace in my desperateness

I will succumb

to your all-consuming power...

But I will not

give you up

until you bless me.
